When Prue witnesses and tries to stop a kidnapping of a young boy in the park, a reporter sees her using her powers. He tries to blackmail her to get a sensational story for his newspaper. Phoebe and Piper attempt to learn more about the demons who stole the child and come across a similar kidnapping that happened 20 years ago. Meanwhile, Andy gets involved in the kidnapping case and finally confirms his suspicions about Prue’s powers.
